If you want to force the update follow this

Go to settings / apps / all / Google services framework / clear cache / clear data / force stop it / exit out / reboot the phone .

When the phone boots back up go to settings / about phone / system updates / you should see the update .

Nothing yet on Nexus 7 (2012), but got the new one today at Best Buy and it got the update right away, so I'm not as concerned now

Got the 4.3 OTA update today in Brisbane Australia. Didn't delete anything or do anything special. Just got a notification that update was available when I looked at my phone.

Sounds like many are getting their update. I got it 5pm in Montreal. Camera app is diff I like it better and it seems ...smoother. Unless that was just a placebo-like effect after reading about this being part of the update.

I just got the update and am installing it.. my phone seems to be stuck installing?

First it stopped and said there was an error.

Now it is stuck with the Android figure, and the install progress bar keeps starting back over. It's probably been 10-15 minutes, is it supposed to do that?!
