Received the OTA update notification this afternoon. Saw it was WIFI ONLY until the 27th. I turned my phone off and was going to download later. Well after getting home this evening I turned my phone back on and can no longer get the OTA to show up to download?? I guess I got passed up already? Crazy! "You snooze, you lose"

Like so many others I got mine (WI) earlier today. My Nexus 7 got it at the same time, so I'm guessing it was a widespread roll out.

Edit: Maybe not as widespread as I'd thought, reading the above comments.

Got the notification while at work today but didn't have wifi. So, when I came home from work i was totally stoked to update!
Unfortunately the update is no longer there.
When I run a manual check it just tells me that I'm up to date on 4.2.
Frustrating!!!

@ The Dood i said the same thing 6 posts before you lol. it is really frustrating because now I'm trying to figure out how to sideload it and all this and still having some issues. bought a nexus just so I could be first in line for updates and come to find out I STILL have to jump through hoops to get the update. grr
