having issues with a few things

having issues sending mms and when i try to do speedtest.net only sometimes does it work. other times it says connectivity issue... also the google navigation sometimes the voice doesnt come on but it will pause my music like it is telling me to turn. any one else have these issues? any one know how to resolve these issues?
