Having issues with update

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this? I've tried factory reset. I've talked to HTC, all they told me to do was wait the 24 hours it gives me to check for updates again, I set my date a day forward and tried again and again and I keep getting this error. Any help is appreciated.

Also HTC Sync does not recognize my phone even though my computer does, so I havent been able to try updating it from there.

Have you checked HTC's site to see if there is a manual method for updating? Sometimes they provide a file to download and the instructions to manually perform the update.

I just checked and the only update file I could find was for the HTC One. And that is Android 4.3. Would that one work ?

No you need one specifically for the HTC One X.
