Having problem with mc4

Everytime I go to a match it keeps coming up lost connection, my internet is fully connected and it will sign into gameloft but just when I click on say team battle for an example and it will say searching then just come up lost connection.

What can I do? Im nit unistalling it then doing it sll again itll take too long

The only thing I can say would be to turn your device off plus kill the app in the apps page in settings. Leave it off for a few minutes and try again.:-$
