Having trouble identifying and icon in my notifications status bar can you tell me what it is?

Was just send a demo unit by Kyocera to run it through its paces and I can't figure out what this icon is it just appeared sometime this afternoon long after I set up and activated the phone

If you were to share a screenshot of it we'd have a better chance of trying to determine what it is.

By the way the model of this phone is a Kyocera duraforce pro 2

Figured it out it means an app is using accessibility in order to remove it go into accessibility from settings then find the app that is turned on
