Having trouble unlocking a rezound

I have been able to get the Identifier token ( I did it many different times and it is always the same never changes ...and appears to be correct format as per the pictures on help sites), but when I cut and paste it it keeps saying that it is the wrong length and the request has failed. I am trying this on htcdev..com/ What am I doing wrong ? Thank you in advance.
