Having Trouble With Hot Spot Locking Up

All of a sudden our phones mobile hotspot feature is not wanting to turn on or sometimes turn off. I just had to do the second battery pull today to fix it and now its not working even with a pull.

If you're rooted, just install the wireless tether apk.

Glad I'm not the only one that experienced it. I just got the Charge today and the Hotspot feature was working flawlessly in the afternoon. Went to turn it on again a few hours later and the app wouldn't even start up. Strangely the USB tether option is still available.

Perhaps Verizon discretely installed something OTA?

Same issue I even did a master reset and its still not working, I wonder what happened? Could it be a network issue? I touch the hotspot area I get a click but the hotspot page wont appear. I installed the SIM in my old Thunderbolt and the hot spot worked fine.
