HDMI port?

My Motorola Bionic has an HDMI (micro?) out port that allows me to connect our flat screen TV to my phone to stream TV programming. I've been all over this forum and I can't find any information regarding an HDMI port on the G4. Thanks in advance for your time....

No hdmi port on the G4 unfortunately.

You need an MHL adapter. It plugs into the phone's microUSB port and has an HDMI port to plug an HDMI cable into (which then goes into an HDMI input on the TV).

Tourbound, Chromecast may work on the G4 (even though it's not listed yet). Install Chromecast if it'll install, and see if it runs. (It won't find any Chromecast adapters until you buy one and set it up, but if it installs and runs, it should work. And the Chromecast adapter is usually returnable within 2 weeks or some such timeframe.)

Thanks for the response. I got my Bionic when they were first released, I think that was about five years ago. I have the unlimited data package with Verizon, and I'm trying to find a new cell phone. My Bionic is getting really slow and confused.

I insist on a replaceable battery and a SD card, so this phone is at the top of my list. I've read so many reviews that my eyes won't focus, I'm seriously at info. overload.

I know I have to pay retail, which is right around 550 bucks, and I will do that to keep the unlimited data package.
