HDMI Problem

I have been trying to hook my new Samsung Infuse to my TV via HDMI. Every time I try though no picture appears on the screen and the phone acts like I just hooked it up to the computer. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. The adapter is plugged in and everything. How can I get this to work?

Edit: I restarted the phone and now everything appears to be working fine.. Sorry for the trouble.

Samsung Infuse USB promt kept popping up when power adapter was plugged in

prior to shutting it down via the power button, i pulled the battery and turned it back on

THAT DID NOT WORK

so after that i turned it back off with a normal shut down. it worked perfectly it's back to normal

Well I hook mine up and it comes in a little pixelated. Would I fix that in the TV settings?

My phone looks the same on my 37 in screen. I bet if you tried to watch something on your phone that would go away.

so theres no way i can play angry birds in hd? ): the only movie that looked decent was the kung fu panda trailer haha. youtube doesnt look too good unfortunately.
