HDR and/or Tone Mapping Issues?

So if I have my Note 20 Ultra set to FHD+and watch anything with HDR (like via Netflix) the tone mapping seems screwed up with very blotchy areas. If I switch my screen to WQHD+, this problem goes away.

I would rather not have to toggle the screen resolution back and forth just to watch some content.

Is this an Android issue or a Netflix issue?

Uhh...never mind. I ran into this issue last night, but now everything seems to be working perfectly. Strange.
