Heads up if you aren't paying for tethering!

I know some of you have found a way to use this feature without paying for it and AT&T knows about it. The article doesn't specifically say Android but if they know you're doing it on an iPhone, chances are high they know about it on Androids as well.

The guess is they're comparing people's data use that pay for tethering on iOS 4.3, and picking out jailbroken 4.2.1 users with similar data use. I have a feeling you can claim "I stream Slacker all day" and get away with it.

I'm not sure if they can tell on Android, but we'll see.
