Heart Rate Sensor

Hi Everyone ! Ill start off by saying Thanks for reading mt thread! Real Quick question for yall I run the SHealth app on my 5s Galaxy [Sm-g900v] it freezes then shuts off! I've yet to even get to experience the app or test the sensor! Each timwx As soon as I tap heart rate option in the SHealth app, I put my pointer finger over the sensor, the red light comes on, then it gets to between 30-35% and freezes everyone. Then on its own my phone will restart. Anyone else have this problem or solution to this issue? I've only had this model for a few days so trying to figure it all out⁉Any imput will be highly appreciated!!✌✌✌

Here are 3 things to try:
1. check for updates
2. Pull battery while phone is on and wait 30 seconds before putting it back in
3. Clear phone cache (Google your phone model on how to do so)
