Hello, nice to meet you all! I've found my way here because my father dropped my iPhone 4S in a hail storm, causing the phone to be essentially destroyed. A friend has lent me a LG Optimus S on Sprint until I get my iPhone 4S repaired, but despite it's age, working with this Android device certainly has been fun, and even made me question keeping my iPhone. It's a shame I lost my jailbreak since almost all companies frown on jailbreaking/rooting.
I managed to get the phone rooted with the help of your forum, and even got thekraven's ICS CM9 alpha ROM installed on it, which is working out fantastic.
Can't wait to get working with this phone and this community, it would seem I have a lot to learn.
