How many of the "first posts" have you found apologetic, sheepish even, because the person REALLY needed help and was embarrassed to say so? LOL! That's me right now, but I'm fighting it because I'm afraid I screwed up my phone without even trying. Thanks for suggestions.

If it makes you feel any better, I sometimes can't even remember which indicator in the car turns the lights on and which one sprays water on the windshield lol
