Hello from the mountains of B.C. passionate newbie

Greetings! I am a 23 year old hermit neophyte tek from Salmo BC. I have been slowly getting into learning about Android after messing around with some phones for friends and enjoying the challenge. I have zero education in computers except for what i have soaked up on my own. Currently the challenge I am on is to wipe a ASUS TF700T and replace it with a new ROM. Seems that ASUS just broke many tablets with a not so good update, and left many users hanging. I am a avid learner and am ready to take it on. So if anyone has some pointers as to where to begin to learn about this tek, I would be eternally grateful.

Welcome to the forums. Sadly, installing a ROM is not as simple as that. The ROM needs to be compatible with the hardware. You could maybe install a custom one if someone made one for that device.
