[Help] Cannot Mount SD Card (CWM 4.0.1.5)

Well the title says it all i cannot mount the sd card for some reason and atm i can only access CWM because i was going to put on another rom so i formatted everything. Please help. The sd card i have is a 4gb sandisk micro sd card that is in fat32. Any thoughts/ideas? The error message for anything related to updating/installing/restoring is E:/ cannot mount sd card

Go to mounts and storage and see if u have sdcard mounted and also check if USB Mass is unmounted
