Help choosing a rom for my needs

I'm having the normal battery drain/lost signal problem, so I think it'll be easier to just root and flash a rom for a permanent fix.

The most important things are, in order of appearance:
battery drain problem fixed
reliable reconnects after data loss
built-in flash (if possible)
ease of use/reliability
customisation (appearance, overclocking, etc)
googleplay compatability (if possible)

I would suggest tvall's iho magpie. I used it for months and loved it. I use my music player a lot for hours on end and never had issues. I was also able to oc to 122/864 with it staying completely stable. It has all the cm customization to go with it. It also has app2sd built in.
