HELP DECIDE: Droid RAZR vs. GN vs. GS2

Real simple. I'm out of contract, looking to sign another. Open to sprint or verizion. Looking at the following phones:

Verizon Droid RAZR
Verizon Galaxy Nexus
Sprint Galaxy S2

I don't root, 4G speeds aren't a huge deal (don't use much).
Looking for long battery life, great reception, great camera, and overall great usability.
I am currently on Verizon so I might be able to get a "retention" discount, sprint would be no discounts. But if I buy from amazon wireless, etc. I can probably get just as good of deals.

With your requirements, I'd say the GS2 because it seems to be the best of the GB generation - and the screen is easier on battery life.

Still, I'd recommend the Gnex, because it is ushering in the new ICS generation.
