HELP!! I don't know what to do with the GPS kit!

I realize that this question is going to reek of n00bness, but please help me out. I received today the GPS extension kit. Initially I was at a complete loss as to how I should install it. Fumbling around, I figured out that I had to dislodge the two rubber plugs covering some sort of holes. I used a sharp object to do that. Then, I managed to push the GPS unit in and lock it in place. Then, ... [tumbleweed]... I had no clue what to do with it or even how to use it. Is here some sort of a GPS app that I should look up? Thanks in advance.

Go to google maps, or an app that uses GPS. It will locate your location, and then u put where u want to go. Thats it pretty much.

When I first got mine, i was like you.. clueless. I was gonna go pick people up for club stuff at my school, I tried out the GPS to go to their houses, and it works awesome

I see... One additional question, then. When I am home, connected to the Wi-Fi, the Google maps app locates my address pretty accurately anyway, without the need for any GPS. So, does this mean, that if I attach the GPS kit to the tf-201, it will work like a real GPS even outside my Wi-Fi range? That's like, awesomesauce!! :-o

Yeah. When you are on the go, and connect the GPS dongle, it will work like a real GPS. You can go almost anywhere can have the GPS locating your position and giving directions to go to your destination. No need for Wifi at all.
