Hi there,

I recently acquired an android phone that I can't seem to find any information about. It appears to be a made by ZTE, but the model number doesn't turn up anything in Google search. I'd like to know if it's possible to root this guy, or if there are any custom ROMs for it.

Here is what I know about the device,

Runs Android 4.1.2
Model: ZTE N810
FCC ID: Q78-ZTEN810
Rear-facing camera is 5.0MP

Anyone able to share some insight?

Thanks for the link. I'll check it out. edit: The provider is Sprint.

Here is the back of the phone. The backplate is black without any branding on it.

I reported that pic for your protection...

NEVER put your serial number and/or MEID on the internet. There are some who would clone your phone.

I'm sorry if it seems I was asking for that type of information, I was really just wanting to see the back plate.

Could be the sprint force? Is there a silver bezel around the phone or is it all black?

It wasn't you... I think the OP misunderstood your request.

I can't line that device up with any current Sprint phones, including the Force. Still searching.

I understand. I don't think its the force, either. Looking at the pictures it doesn't seem to have a silver bezel. I am also still looking.

I removed the picture. This phone will never actually be hooked up to a network, so I'm not too worried about having things cloned. I'm just tinkering to see what i can get it to do. Ultimately I'd like to get it hooked up to a JTAG to dump the memory - it'll probably end up a brick.

I found a few other things that might be helpful.

/proc/cpuinfo suggests that the phone might be the ZTE Warp 2

Hardware : ZTE WARP2

adb devices shows the device as the "zte_fluid"

Still, the ZTE site fails to give me any information :(

Here is a picture of the backplate.
