Help installing jellybean

Wugs was by far the best rooting/unlocking tool I ever used. Took me about an hour to unlock, root, flash 4.0.4 and get super user running. Downloading everything took majority of that time. Getting the drivers right is the worst part but its all there in the guide. Happy reading

Ok, guys I install Wugs. I uninstall all of the drivers and went through the toolkit's instructions methodically. I believe I've installed ADB and fastboot properly (the serial number's were listed). Now what?

Root + permanently flash CWM Recovery.

(Click that button and follow the instructions).

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR STUFF BACKED UP JUST INCASE!

(It shouldn't wipe a thing, but I like to play it safe!)

When you click the button it'll tell you exactly what you need to do. I believe you want USB debugging ON (in Development Options) and it'll take care of the rest.

But it'll tell you, have no fear .

Go to the Guide, pick your poison, and flash. Make sure you back your stuff up in recovery.

Also, don't do things in Rom Manager. That's for infidels and communists. Open Rom Manager, reboot into recovery, and go from there to flash stuff.

At this moment, I would wait to see if DroidTh3ory releases his version.

Until then, I have not flashed any of the "current" versions. I flashed the first version of the Liquid/Vicious one, and that's what I've been on since 3am EST. Both look exceptionally solid. It appears that the Liquid one might give you a bit more of a "stock" experience because the other has optimizations, but it's up to you.

Ok I'm in over my head here. I downloaded Vicious (Team Liquid) port to my computer (both files Vicious-JellyBean-V2-signed and Vicious-Stock-JB-Kernel). I read dmmarck guide to jelly bean, but I'm still not sure how to install jelly bean (and a little scared to, I don't wont to brick my phone). So, are there any noob friendly guides to installing jelly bean? I've never done this before, thanks for any help.

dm can just download the rom thru rom manager and install from there i made a nandroid thru rom mgr of my current 4.04 rooted thingy and in my download folder the rom is n there so that my question can i just do that instead of downloading to comp and dragging over?

Install it like any other rom. I have a yellow section there. That's how you do it.

Go through that yellow section and tell me specifically what you need explained and I can do that as well .

You can use that, but I don't suggest it. Rom Manager gets finicky and I prefer doing things through CWM or custom recovery manually.

I've been following along with you guys. I installed the drivers, unlocked, rooted, then I did some clockwork recovery thing and I chose jellbean zip and started it. I see the kickass new animation logo but it's been at it for like 10 minutes. No reboots, the animation is just constantly going on. Any ideas?
