Help me decide - keep the N1 or back to Droid

Seems what you are worried about is 3G coverage. Verizon obviously has the best coverage, period. The N1 is coming to Verizon in the spring. That's a fact. The only things I think you have to think about are, 1- do I want to lower my monthly bill by about 30 bucks a month and gain the ability to talk and use data at the same time or do I want to keep my nice coverage for a little higher price but no talk and data simultaneous. If it were me man, I'd stick with my Droid, wait till its on version, and by that time maybe the iPhone 4th Gen will be coming out around that time or leak pics and specs of it might be out. I think that's the route to go. I'm typing this from my nexus, great device as you know and I have two lines, AT&T & T-Mobile. So not a Verizon customer.

OP - I will say this... if you are used to your Droid battery life... You may want to think twice about the Nexus One... my personal experience is that it SUCKS (batt life that is)... overall my Nexus is AWESOME! - but with a poor battery life, any device will have a ruined experience.... maybe i'm in the minority... I've seen many posts of people claiming great battery life... but some like me, have had terrible battery life, with normal average usage...

If its a cost issue, vzw just lowered their plans by allot... I have vzw and the droid, I extended my contract on launch day of the droid and irs telling me that I get my new every two jan 2011 just in time for what ever hot phone is king then. My wife has tmo and loves it.. granted she only has a my touch..but she still loves it and I cant get her to change carriers...

i was thinking that when the nexus hits verizon that the droid will become cheaper. Not through verizon of course, but on the web. I have been watching for some time now and the droid steadily is getting cheaper on ebay. I think it is classic case of droid is old news and the nexus is the new big thing.
With the software upgrade, and the cheaper price, would the droid be an acceptable alternative.
