i wiped everything and then had to turn on the phone and install stuff. should i takeput the battery load recovery wipe everything and try again?

Did you wipe everything through recovery or through Rom Manager? I recommend doing it through recovery.

it was through recovery but looked like rom managerlogo in the background lol

make sure to factory reset as well as wipe cache partitions AND dalvik cache (which is under advanced.)

just did all that then installed harmonia again from the sd card then rebooted. fingers crossed

yeah i didnt delete the dalvik cache.

did you back them up to Titanium Backup?
If you did, you could just download again on Harmonia and just extract them there.
You could switch back to your original ROM and back them up real quick, or you can use a file manager and painstakingly download them there.

Any paid apps you bought in the Android Market should be there. Open Market, hit the menu key, and select My Apps. As long as you are signed in to google it should work.

In the future, use Mybackup Root or Titanium Backup to back up all your apps and their data. I personally prefer Mybackup.
