Help! Micro SD card not reading on anything (computer, phone,etc)

I decided to restart my phone the old fashion way last night by pulling the battery since it was acting up. Phone started, and I got a blank SD card error and the option is to reformat. I attached the micro sd to an sd adapter, plugged it in on my laptop, nothing. What do I do or is there anything that can be done. I really need to recover the files I have on the micro sd card

Unfortunately that guide doesn't help me, the micro sd card with the adapter doesn't even get detected on my laptop

If it doesn't get detected, the controller (there's a little computer on that card - that includes a memory chip you can access from the outside so you can use the card for storage) is probably shot. There's probably nothing you can do. (If it's detected at all - even if there's no file system on it [check with Computer Management if you're running Windows - Windows itself won't even detect a card formatted as ext4, Computer Management will detect it as a device with no file system], you can use PhotoRec to recover everything on the card. [Instructions at PhotoRec Step By Step.] If PR doesn't recover a file, it's because it's not on the card, or it's some new format that PR doesn't see as a file. [A block of random bytes doesn't appear to be a file.])

Recently, micro SD card of my mobile phone got corrupted and I could not read anything from it when connected to my computer.
