HELP my evo has no OS, won't mount sdcard, adb wont recognize usb

ive got a rooted evo and for some reason i can't get the sd card to mount or get adb to recognize my device. I get the supersonic fastboot screen and i can get to clockworkmod from recovery when usb is hooked up to pc but when i try to read sdcard it always says E:Cant mount /sdcard. I just got my replacement evo and adb recognizes it, but i cant get it to recognize my rooted one. When i try to mount usb storage from clockwork it says E: unable to write ums lunfile (no such file or directory) anyone have any ideas?

You may have softbricked it, which is fixable if youre rooted. To get an OS on there so you can boot though, put the rom on the SD card after youve taken the card out of the phone and then flash your rom.

Or your USB port may be damaged.
