Help! My Galaxy S4 is possessed!!!

This morning I get up and my phone is going crazy! It is flipping from screen to screen, deleting my messages, searching the internet and trying to download money transfer programs all while I am looking at it! It also is going to my calculator, calendar and settings and trying to do stuff in there as well. I keep hitting the back button turning off the phone, removing the battery and rebooting it by Volume up+Menu+Off button and nothing is working. It came up with a Downloading Android Man that was saying Do Not Turn Off. I freaked out and pulled the battery immediately think my phone was being hacked! Has anybody experienced anything like this and if so HOW DO YOU FIX IT! I tried to download antivirus software but it keeps flipping back to other places like the calendar and it never has a chance to complete the scan. I use my phone for business and it has worked perfectly until this morning! HELP!!!!!

Well.... It sounds like a factory reset from recovery mode is in order.
