help ! my htc one will not start

i have a htc one for 4 mouths now and yesterday when it was charging contented to my laptop
it stooped working
its not charging - on red light
can't turn it on
cant do nothing !!!!!!

please help

Try holding the power and volume up buttons at the same time for at least 10 seconds
