Help! Need LG Optimus Q stock ROM

I tried to update using the odexed one, and it said that it failed to open and udate using StockRootedQ-Odexed.zip I must be doing something wrong, because i'm kind of new at this anyway. Can you help?

So here's my problem though, a friend enabled a security code on his Q and then lost access to his gmail account and forgot the pattern..and he's completely stock/unrooted, will the update.zip version of the Odexed ROM still flash via stock recovery so I can get his phone working again? I told him he's going to lose all his data and he's fine with that, but I've looked and looked and looked for a OEM ROM update.zip file and the only one I can find is right here in this thread, and it's already rooted (a plus) but I am skeptical that it will install via stock recovery mode..any ideas?

Lol make him fail his login code several times and it will let him get around it by having him put in his gmail account info. Also the recovery will let you flash whatever. And the stock roms in odexed and deodexed forms are on the androidarea51 forums.

Well he can recover that too. This isn't rocket science... tell him to just factory reset the phone (by going to recovery).
