Help needed. Something enabling automatic date and time

Hi all,my device is htc desire vc.
Dual sim phone. Sense 4.

I had problem with automatic date and time update, often get wrong time,so i disable the automatic date and time setting , but it keep changing back to enable after a time.
Dont know what app cause this, anyone know?

the carrier network keeps the time on the phone. one carrier is off several minutes and i forget which.

No. I want to disable automatic date and time sync from network completely. And rather use 3rd patty app to set the time with interval time.
