I need help please.

I used the method in the following link to root my original phone 2 months ago with no problems----> (http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc...34-how-rooting-htc-evo-froyo-2-2-windows.html)
My son was using my phone and thinking he was doing me a favor..accidentally did the latest OTA update...ARGH. Now I'm not sure how to regain root access again. Do I have to start from scratch or is there a shorter method.

I still have S-OFF on Hboot 2.10 (0001), I did all the Nandroid Backups as recommended during the original root process..however I have no idea how to start or what to do next. Any step by step help would be appreciated.

Superuser v2.3.3, Rom Manager, Wireless Tether, and Titanium Backup are all installed but no longer have root access..so they don't work. :(

Here is my info: Hardware Version: 0003

Hmmm

Can you boot into recovery?
You'll have to re root

Yes I think so... I believe recovery is the screen with a red triangle and an exclamation point. What do I do when I get into this screen? Thanks in advance.

Do I have to put a Custom ROM on the root of the SD or something?

Here this will make it easier: PC36IMG.zip

That's a PC36IMG.zip file with clockworkmod 2.5.0.1 on it as the recovery, just place it on the root of your sdcard then power off your phone.

Press the volume button down while holding the power button and release your fingers when the white screen loads up, if your phone boots in to bootloader it will pause for a few seconds while it reads the file then ask you to hit volume up for the update, if it boots in to fastboot, just select bootloader from the menu and then the same process will begin.

After that's installed hit No to reboot your phone, then select recovery from the menu and your phone will reboot in to the custom recovery, from there you can flash any rom you have on your sdcard, or mount the sdcard to usb and copy a rooted rom over to install. Or restore your nandroids if you made them with clockwork.

Great instructions thank you!...I was able to do everything up to "Flash any ROM you have on the sdcard"..can you point me to where I can download the latest 3.70.651.1 "rooted" Rom? I like to keep 4G, swype and tethering working.

Thanks
