help needed

Having had to reset a note 4 I'm unable to restore it from the cloud the files are there but ever time I hit restore nothing happens.

I had to reset the password please help

Problem resolved thanks to remote access from Samsung needed the cloud file updating problem fixed.

Seems like it is an issue that affected the note 4 and s7 range only
