HELP!!!!!! OTA Update Rooted Optimus

Yeah, Nick, you're right, that's why I think he's got a minor problem, not a major problem. Wiping his data, and I should also say cache too, could likely fix his boot issue.

Ill try it again and yes im 100% sure i have stock cause i used gingerbreak when i couldnt root it any other way and i was scared to mess it up but its still doing the same thing stuck on lg screen

Okay, if that doesn't work, I assume that you could also get into emergency mode as outlined at the beginning of this thread:

http://forums.androidcentral.com/lg...s/59781-un-brick-method-some-forms-brick.html

I would do this except without the vc cab. Instead, use the vd cab and options for the vd cab from this thread (the link is near the bottom of the first post, and you need to make the appropriate substitutions to the instructions for v9):

http://forums.androidcentral.com/lg...ing-ota-ls670vc-vd-using-kp500-diag-mode.html

Read both threads thoroughly so you understand the steps in using KP500. It should be able to put you back to stock VD.

One thing that wasn't mentionned in the unbrick thread (which should have been mentionnned) is that you need to also install the LG updater tool -- it's referenced in the revert thread.
