Help please? How to get SD card data in phone and what's this sticking pop sound?

I'm coming from a Samsung Vibrant and trying to figure out this problem. How do I get all my apps and back ups from Astro and my SD card stuff onto the One? And my SMS backup & restore app. Also what's with this sound it's like a sticking pop sound when I click stuff? Is it just a sound the phone makes or is it a problem?
