hi been looking around for awhile cant find the help i need. try'ed loas a rom onto my optimus v under the assumption that it was rooted (maybe not?) and now stuck in a pickle. it loads untill it gets to the locked screen with no service in the top corner and safe mode in the bottom. also the touch screen is inactive.
ive tryed the whole home+volume+power to try recovery but nothing happens. also when usb is plugged in it shows its connected but cant actually acess the phone
god any help to get this phone funtioning would have my thanks for sure
