HELP! Problems with popup AdChoices after Jan 2018 Security Update

Within about an hour of my phone updating with the January 2018 Security update my s7 started having AdChoices full screen popups. It's not even happening when browsing. Its happening with every app I open. I've never had an issue with this before, and have not downloaded any new apps since the security update. Is anyone else having this issue? Also, other than downloading another app any thoughts on how to get rid of the popups?
