iFixit has a how-to on their page that looks to be pretty straight forward with the recommended tools to do the repair. As for the replacement camera, I didn't see one on their site, but found many online retailers selling the hardware. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply but.... I don't have a s5

My note 4rear facing camera lense cracked and I'm looking for a a replacement.

I thought the I would try the s5 lense and it's too small. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement lense for my note 4?
