decided to try and change the rom on my lg optimus v for virgin mobile. I dl'd gapps-gb-20110325-signed.zip (from [ROM][WIP][ALPHA] aospCMod | AOSP 2.3.4 / CM7+ (Gingerbread) - xda-developers )to my pc, and turned on usb mass storage. i went to f:/download/root and put the file in there. Then opened it in root manager clicked install from root sd card, and installed the rom.
now to the probelm
when it turned back on it looks nothing like the rom, just my default rom but without any apps but the super basic apps for the phone (no junkware either) and superuser. no marketplace or rom manager.
i tired to do a factory reset. and im now stuck in clockwork recovery mod. I tried to go to backup/recovery and install the backup i made before i tried to flash my os, let it do its thing, then after it installed, it went right back to clockwork. :[
i tried going to format data, then format systems, mounted my sd card. went to choose zip from sd card, picked the zip i had.. let it install. removed my sd card, rebooted. still in clockwork.
im stuck at this point...
