Help rooting my incredible please!

So I was trying to root my phone using the guide in this forum. But when I tried installing the drivers on my phone because I'm running windows 7 the computer did not give me the choice. I don't know if anyone else had this problem but I can't figure it out so any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Is there an error message that you are getting from 7 when you load the drivers?

make sure htc sync is uninstalled also plug ur phone usb debug and disk drive...

or start fresh when phone is plugged, in device manager right click on the phone and click uninstall drivers... unplug/replug and try installing the unrevoked drivers again

Do you have HTC Sync installed? Is that what's giving the error when you uninstall?

If you're just trying to uninstall the drivers... In device manager, with the phone plugged in to the PC, you should be able to right click on the Android drivers and uninstall. Then follow the instructions linked above again.

You have USB Debugging on, right?

Edit: Nevermind, I misread the post. USB Debugging won't help install drivers lol
