Please help me i have an galaxy s 3 and when i connect to wifi it's rebooting by itself and keep rebooting till i turn wifi off .. any solution ?!?

Have you tried to reboot into recovery and wipe cache?

You may want to wipe the cache of the phone by booting into recovery. If that doesn't work, a factory reset usually solves a lot of issues. Good luck!
