HELP - Samsung Galaxy S4 outlook exchange sent emails disappearing
I hope you can help. I have 2 emails set up on my Samsung email app. My university account and my Hotmail account. Over the last few months when I have sent an email from my university account, I am getting a sent notification and then when I go into the sent folder, there is no trace of the email I have sent, even when my phone seems to be syncing fine. It is only happening on my outlook university account on my phone. Also it happens on random emails and not all of them. I have checked the outbox and deleted folders. When I go into my email via my laptop or tablet, the email is not there either. I don't know if the sender has received it and it is so frustrating that I have now started to copy my text before I hit send, in case it goes missing it.
The problem I have is that as a student, it is university protocol to send all emails from our university account. I spoke to my uni IT dept and they are as helpful as the 'IT crowd'
I have read other forums and tried the following:
Cleared the cache
Uninstalled the email account restarted phone and reinstalled.
I hope someone can offer any help.
Thanks
