HELP!!! Still haven't received Lollipop Update on HTC One M8 (AT&T)

So currently I am on Cricket Wireless but I did buy the phone on AT&T and I know for a fact I'm supposed to receive an update because I did receive android 4.4.4 while I was on Cricket Wireless network so I'm just curious and worried what's wrong??? Please help!
