HELP: Transfer ROM to Nexus 7

I've rooted my Nexus 7 using Casey's root guide and I am ready to flash Paranoid Android to my Nexus 7. In QBKing77's video, he says to transfer the needed files, which I do have, onto the device but he doesn't say how to do that. I know it must be ridiculously simple but I still can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. If there is already a post or video, please link me to that. Thanks a bunch!

Download them to the device or on a computer and then copy them to the device over USB
