So I told her the Fascinate update rolled out and she asked me to update her phone. When I went to update the device, I noticed she still has Eclair on her Fascinate!
She told me she had to do a factory reset due to issues with Froyo.
When I check for system updates all I get is a popup that says:
"InnoPath ActiveCare"
and the 2 options are
"Status" and "About", neither of which update her device.
Any help here would be appreciated.
