Help with file transfer

I seem to be having trouble getting files to transfer from my PC to the XOOM. Every time I connect the XOOM, it is recognized by my PC as a MTP media device and not a mass storage device. In this mode, it is impossible to transfer Word, PDF, Excel, etc. files to the XOOM.

I cannot find a way to change the XOOM from MTP Media device to a Mass Storage Device. I need to get my work files and documents on the XOOM and this is driving me nuts.

Mine does the same but I have no issues coping files

When I plug mine in just went straight to ask me how to open so i told my PC folder to open it up after that i got mass storage. Not shure if that helps you.

When I connected mine I only saw like 4 or 5 folders, Music, Movies, Notifications, etc. I did not see any of the actual application folders like DUNDEF. Can this be due to excrypting the tablet?
