Help with firmware update please

So I still haven't received firmware update 8.8.3.33. It seems like everyone has got this update whether it's good or bad. I have rebooted, done the fact reset, and called Asus worthless tech support 3 times. 33 is still not showing up on their website. I know ics is on the way, but I can't figure out why I am not receiving updates. Oh and like tech support asked I am logged into my Gmail account. So anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

ICS will be released on the 12th January according to Asus. I got the firmware update yesterday but since I updated my screen has gone out of calibration and is erratic at times. I will wait for Thursday and see if ICS will sort it out.

You mean, it not being on their website being same as the check update not finding an update for you? Just need that clarification.

Up until now i have done both. Checked for updates in firmware and on their website. However, as of just now when i check .33 is on Asus website. ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF201

There is a thread on the xda thread with people with the same issues as you. They have narrowed it down to the serial number not showing up on there prime. Might want to view that thread.
