anyone having problem with vibrate setting? Only way I can get my notifications (email, txt, etc...) is to set each app to vibrate at all times. Sound setting which I thought was a global setting doesn't make any difference.
If I set the sound setting to vibrate at all times and all other apps to vibrate when phone vibrate, nothing happens. Same goes for when I have phone set to not vibrate and app to vibrate.
How do I make the vibrate only when silent to apply to other apps?
