Help with my Samsung Galaxy 4 please?

Hi there
Ive arranged my pages as I like them, yet every day new apps that I havent downloaded just pop up on my homepage and I was wondering why this is?

Also I get a message every single time I try to move something that says "you can resize widgets and reposition widgets and shortcuts' etc etc. How do I remove this?
And one more question- how do I make the font in play books bigger?

Thanks for any help. Im brand new at The Android and abit confused after using an iphone for years.

go to play store and get to settingj..... unmark the "auto add widget" button..... nd gud luck with andriod
