Help with performance problems

I have a new Tmo S3, and overall I'm happy with it, but I'm seeing a couple of performance issues I can't figure out. With a couple of games, specifically Real Racing 3 and Yesterday. on RR3, it runs really well, but the rearview mirrors are blank, and the sounds seem to be a bit delayed from the graphics. On yesterday, the performance is awful. Sound is extremel choppy and graphics tend to stutter alot too. Seems like others with the S3 aren't having these problems, so wondering if there are settings I can/should tweak.
