Help with updating to Jellybean Droid razr XT910

Hello,well i just got a droid Razr XT910 I am new to droid. but anyways i need help i heard there was a update for jelly bean i am trying to get jellybean on my droid but when i do the check for updates it says my phone is up to date..but i am running 4.0.4 Icecream sandwitch. the phone is not tie to any phone company the system version is 673.94.328.XT910 l ..i Dont know what i am doing and would like some help with this please well thank you all for all your time the phone is Asia Retail
